SHIPPING RULES

(EN) Free shipping or in other words Sultan-i Art pays for shipping on all orders over €193+ ( $201+) . We use the best International couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL to ship products and our agreement with them is "delivery at the buyer's address".

The tracking number will be shared with the clients as soon as provided by the courrier, ( usually next day ) Please note ; Sultan-i Art is not responsible if the package is late or lost during shipping or in the custody of a carrier for delivery; however, we’d be glad to contact the carrier on your behalf. 

We would recommend requesting a “signature on delivery”, or ordering your package to your office or workplace to ensure you are there to accept it when it arrives. All responsibility belongs to the buyer. All International orders are final. No return or exchange policy for International orders unless wrong item, wrong colour, wrong size shipped.
