When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the shipping receipt, please check the box of your product for any damage or issues. In case of any damage or shortage for any reason, if there is any opening on the box tape, return the box without signing any documents related to the delivery, and request a report from the courier. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for the damage or shortage of the products inside if you accept the delivery of products that have damaged boxes or are claimed to have missing contents. Please inform us of this situation in writing to elseyy11@gmail.com or verbally by calling 0535 286 78 70 along with the contract number as soon as possible.
