Custom and duty tax 

(EN) Please note that you may be required to pay customs duty and VAT upon arrival of the goods in your country when ordering goods online from other countries. Sultan-i Art  works with Fedex, UPS, DHL and you’ll be contacted by the courier company to pay for duty and tax to receive your goods. They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay and expect you to fullfill it in about 1-2 weeks. The custom duty, tax and courrier’s handling fee are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. This is totally beyond our control and if you decide to reject your shipment because of this, you will still be responsible for customs duties, shipping charges and will forfeit your right to a refund for the product itself. All our sales are final.
