SHIPPING POLİCY

Standart shipping 3-5 business days.Products will be shipped from Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping expense for retail purchases will be covered by Sultan-i Art company unless otherwise agreed before purchasing. For wholesale may be different. Please ask.

Sultan-i Art uses the best International couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL to ship products and our agreement with them is "delivery at the buyer's address". The tracking number will be shared with the clients as soon as provided by the courrier, ( usually next day )

Sultan-i Art is not responsible if the product is late or lost during shipping after leaving Istanbul & Turkey customs. All responsibility belongs to the buyer.

You should be aware that, if you are buying goods online, you may have to pay Customs duty, depending on your country and Sultan-i Art is not responsible for that.
